Pathethic and Rude Customer service

Indane Gas Agency has the most pathetic customer care I have ever seen. It is like a big joke. They don't know what the customer service means.

1) Sri Gurukrupa Gas Agency: To get their line you need to try atleast for an hr continously. And that also to just book a refill. After that their attitude is so bad. I was frustrated and I said u don't know how to speak and behave with a customer and in reply what I got is yeah we dont know so do what ever u want to.

2) I called customer care number 1-800-425-1155 / 080-22239473 and there are another set of morons sitting there, instead of taking my complain and acting on it she says I should keep trying the number until I get and just hangs phone on me and just refuses to talk when I call again.

3) It's been more than 15days I am trying to get my refill and still I have not got it.

This is the kind of customer care they are providing.
