I am a LPG consumer with M/s RAJ FLAME, SHOP NO. 11 Ground Floor, Shanti Market, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. The Telephone nos. 25337713, 25338997 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously but unable to contact, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Ever they do not consider "booking" through landline to tel.no. 1260 as well as through services provided www.TOMOGAS.com.

We are handicaped by this agency.

This is clear message of "KAALA BAAZAARI" with curruption in all department related to GAS distribution SYSTEM. We can't understand that WHERE IS GOVT., Consumer Complaint Forum?
