About new Connection & ill treat by staff

Sir,

I Shailendra Kumar.a resident of 12, Bidisha Sarani, Durgapur, Bally, Distt.-Howrah have a complain about your Bally based Gas Agency dealer. First of all the sraffs of the office actually donot know how to intract with a customer. They ill treat customer not only with me, they donot spare women also. the 2nd thing is how a individual will get a connection is not written anywhere in office it will depend on the mood of your staff. What is this, sir? Is it right? On questioning they replied a Voter identity Card & Ration Card are must. Do you think sir it is right that they refuse me to identityfy with my Pan Card & my Identity Card of Govt. of India. They replied that on payment I will give you the same thing. They also invalid my Residential Certificate. In this situation I have no other way except a complain with you.

I hope you will consider my complain & take my complain seriously.
