Complaint: Booked a refill cylinder on 18.12.08. Refill delivered on 31.12.08. I asked when I could register for the next refill. A lady answering the phone says I could book only on 25.01.09. That will be 25 days. When I explained that the time is 21 days She bluntly tells it is 25 days. She refuses to give contact number of the proprietor. When can I register for the reffill?

Complaint 2: The Supply boys demand and take Rs. 350.00 for the refill when the billed amount is less than Rs. 240.00
