Worst service

I am Md. Nizamuddin from Muzaffarpur (Bihar). A consumer under Sivaloka Gas Agency, A can assure that this agency is providing the worst service over here. It accepts booking hardly three days in a week.and for that I have to get into a big line of hundred people. The service is very poor. Even after booking the delivery is not made until I go in search of the vendor. The vendor collects capricious amount of money for the refil cylinder. There is no certainty of your cylinder to be delivered on time.

It is my plea to you that take hard steps against the agency, And Kindly improve the service,
