Huge delay for supply cylinde

Sri Balaji Gas Agency,

My Consumer no 18308.

I booking a gas only in person. Not available for phone booking (Whole Day 3 phone no are busy)

Every time we have to go to their Office for booking.

Booking for gas cylinder the System resticted 20 days.

Then they take another 20 days for supply the cylinder.

They not supply home delivery. i make arrangement go take personnally.

What they all doing.

pls arrange the alternate agency for Sri Balaji Gas Agency.
