Delay in delivery of Gas

Respected Sir,

My consumer No. is 20469. I have One cylender of Indane Gas and my gas supply through M/s AVTAR FLAME, Chd. Rd, Samrala chowk, Ludhiana. No body bother for booking of gas. When we ring them on phone, no body attend the phone. They just pick and keep the receiver. When we personally visit them to book the gas they give us delivery after booking within 15 -20 days. This is totaly harasment to us. Pls. look into the matter. I shall be very thankful to you.
