The consumer no. is TS 63,
The dealer’s phone no. 26893219 (sona agency), which is always engaged. How shall we get through them? More over we can’t even trust the IVR booking system. Now our second cylinder also got over, now where shall we go and look for another gas.
The system is so bad and irresponsible that we can’t, trust them.
Now even our second gas also got over, and we have no gas to use. Sona mobility has so poor and disorganized system. I booked the gas on 14th Jan 09' and today is 22nd Jan. You can well imagine condition.
All illegitimate things, like black marketing of gas is done in front of our eyes, in our area, but no one is there to take any action against it.
We don’t receive gas on time, but the Delivery boys get the gas and black it in front of our eyes.
just request you to take relevant action against it so that we receive as early as possible.we are actually have no gas with us. we have to borrow it from others.
