Unable to reach the supplie

I am a customer of Vishnu gas agencies in Kadugodi, Bangalore. Their phone is never reachable. You need to make minimum of 20 times to 30 times to reach them. Possibly they lift the phone and keep. However it is a complete waste of time. Sometime even in complete day you cant book a cylinder!!!

I have even complained to the Head office of Indian Oil last year... little bit of improvement was felt for a short time but again it is the same now.

Please help.
