New gas connection

Have calling on the nos. 24530661, 24530661 of Brightening Gas Service for Indane located at I.S Sadan, Santhosh Nagar, Hyderabad. But no one picks up the call and all the time the no is busy...

Also i have walked over there office number of times for booking new connection.. there is no response ..

Every time they use to say we are not booking new connections .. This is really very painfull..how many times i have to travel to their office? for booking new connection ..after travelling so long number of times same response..no booking come next month...

I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and kindly change this agency as this is totally incompetent to provide services to gas users in this area.
