DOUBLE GAS CONNECTIONDOUBLE GAS CONNECTIONDELAY IN GETTING DOUBLE GAS CONNECTION

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m a customer of Indane Gas distributor. I am demanding Double Gas Connection since January. Initially months (Jan to Oct) the distributor told me there was no permission for Double connection by the Company. I have booked for double connection on 17/12 (SR No SL-69A (Single to Double) 121237930000013). The distributor told me that you’ll be informed by phone/letter within one month. After 1.5 months when I inquired about the double gas connection they told me that now it’s not available and you’ll be informed when it’s available. After that I’ve visited to there shop several times and now they are behaving very badly.

As a customer of Indane Gas now I’m expecting some actions from you directly so that I’ll get double gas connection as early as possible to avoid the problem during refill period.
