Not delivering /rude behavior by employees

Dear sir,

my consumer no#1295, having connection with SRI.VENKATESWARA GAS AGENCY, Yercaud road, korimedu, salem tamil nadu.

1.they dont book when we request for gas.

2.the bill date and delivery date different, after the bill made they deliver atleast 10 days later.and they make entry on blue book is the bill date not the delivery date.

3. the employees in office behave very rude and they arras if we complaint.

4, the delivery man suply the cylinder without booking if we pay some money.

at my home only my family are staying hence it is not possible to go to thew company evetry time to collect the cylinder and it is not possible to pay the auto .hence it is my humble request that this complaint may be looked into very serious and take necessary action to get the cylinder without problem.
