Indane Gas
Delay in supplying Gas

I am a consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No. SB-8687. The Indane Gas agency at Sheikh Sarai -Ph1, New Delhi -110017 always delays sending the gas cylinder and gives excuse that there is less supply. Also in couple of occasions multiple cylinders were found to be leaking. I try to book for refill via telephone but the only number active is always busy, hence I am forced to personally go and book it. Even if I get connected and book it, sometimes they don't note it down and later on say that I did'nt book. They don't give any booking number also through which one can track the status. Last month when I tried booking for refill they told that one cylinder was already sent few days back, which I had never booked nor received. I fear that some wrong practices are taking place. If you go to the agency shop at Sheikh Sarai, you will see everybody cribing about late refills and cylinder leaking.

This is total harassment of the consumers even when we are paying so much for it.
