NON BOOKING OF GAS CYLINDER AFTER 21 DAYS

Consumer No.20231 Name J A JOHN XAVIER

I do not understand what is the problem with Blue Flame Agency, Chennai 600 021 they are very arrogant, for they are not allowing me to book the gas cylinder even after 21 days on receipt of the last cylinder. I request that you may please intervene and see that they accept the booking of gas cylinder without any hassle.

Even though I have sent an email to this address ABALARAVI@indianoil.co.in but still no response

This is a perennial problem for each booking of gas cylinder. I request that the IOC official after seeing this letter may take some course of action and solve my problem. Kindly do the needful.
