I had surrendered 2 gas cylinders & 1 regulator to the above mentioned dealer on 07.01.2009 and got Termination voucher (No. 21181970000051) I had been informed that cheque will be issued within 2 days as the authorised signatory has to sign in that cheque. After 2 days i went and they told to come after 2 days. In the mean time i had shifted my residence to the newly transfered place at Dhaligaon BRPL Township, Assam. I had also send a letter on 19.01.2009 by speed post stating that the cheque or cash may be handed over to my friend namely Sh. D.S. Kutty. I had also given authorisation letter to Sh. D.S. Kutty, but till date i have not received any refund amunt. Kindly help me to get this amount from the above mentioned dealer.
