Ad service of booking by telephone

The gas agency at Ashiananagar, Patna, Bihar M/S Dipganga has given two telephone nos.one land line 2583917 and one mobile 9234616642.However while booking for gas, it either show busy or no response even after ring. This happens for days and ultimately i go to dealer for booking thus creating unnecessary hardship to me. During this communication age, i could not understand this. I also suggest gas booking by internet.
