Non-supply of gas

Sir,

I am a registered Indane Gas consumer with consumer no. KL25753 registered with Kalka Gas, Kalkaji. After booking a gas cylinder, the gas cylinder is not delivered even after a fortnight. I have booked the cylinder personally more than 15 days ago. They wrote my consumer number on a rought register as the lunch time had just started. After a week, I again booked the cylinder on computerised no.1260. Till now, I have not received the cylinder. The result is the second cylinder has also become empty.

I do not know the calous attitude of the agency for the last six months from when they are complaining of short supply.

I request you to kindly look into my grievance.
