Old cylinder delivered compulsorily B-06

Sir

I am existing LPG Indane Gas user of your service, Cust No- P 04514, Name- Sova Ghosh residing at Uttapara under service of The Pioneer Cons.Co-op Store Ltd.

They delivered today 5-3-09, B-06 model filled cylinder to me against my new booking, after checking I found the model belongs to B-06 then on spot I refuse to take the same and ask the representative to change the same to a new one he replied that they don’t have the provision right now and ask me contact the local office.

I called up the local office The Pioneer on 2664-9494 & 2663-1819 and stating the same but they not react on my words and advice me that if I am not interested to take the same then return it and wait for new one it may take time to 2-4-6 months but they not confirm, when it will replaced or not. On my query they informed me that all the plant filled with old cylinders until the stock has an end they won’t help me out. Also forced to use the old one, I have asked them to give me a certificate with the old cylinder which provide me safety precaution, they suddenly hang up the line without replying…

Later on I called on another no 2236-4599 with the same complain but they reply the same thing and asked me to do a complain through mail/internet.

Now requested to you that guide me what to do???

And what about the safety precaution?
