Extra Surcharge of Rs.50 on Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm a resident of a small town Kalimpong, Dist. Darjeeling, West Bengal, 734301. The Cost of the Gas Cylinder (Delivery charges) which is already included is Rs. 327.25. as Applicable from: February 01. This is being confirmed by the Delivery man from the Authorized Gas Agency here in Kalimpong. However the Delivery Man is charging and Extra Surcharge of Rs.50 for the Delivery which amounts to Rs.380 in total.

I therefore like to know more details of the charges before I process further implementing RTI Act on the company and complain to Consumer Forum.

I would be obliged if you do the Needfull at the earliest.
