Booking and Cylinder Delivery

Respected Sir/Madam,

I stay in bangalore, we have Gas-Connection from Rashmi Indane Distributors, #23/4, Nayandahalli, Near Rajarajeshwari Nagar Arch, Mysore Road, Bangalore:560039. Issue is that when we book for a cylinder,

1.They dont deliver in time,

2. Person delivering the cylinder does not have patience nor curticy to leave a message if incase if the house door is locked. When we try reaching him, he speaks rudely irrespecitve of person is elder or not he's not bothered at all.

3. When we tried booking the cylinder from the above distributor, they also guided us to book from "24Hrs. Refill Booking - Ph :1260" which we did and even this case also they deliver the cylinder always late. when we try to reach them for booking cylinder they come up with weird answers.

4. Worst part is when i tired to update the same to Indane Customer Service Cell, they disconnected our call twice. Please let me know to whom we can reach for our issues, even Indane them selves or not responding.
