Late delivery and that too without delivery slip

Dear Sir,

It is high time when PSU's like your should take strict action against your distributors for harassing the common public on account of 1) Not taking the booking properly, 2) Late delivery (Cylinder booked on 3/3/09 and delivered on 18/3/09), 3) Delivery without delivery slip and then threatening to take cylinder back if we do not take delivery, 4) Delivering with less quantity and then arguing and threatening.

My customer No. is 32739 and distributor is Yadu Gas Service, Sahibabad (UP).

Pls. look into the atrocities done by such dealers and prevent your customers from humiliation.
