Late delivery-poor response

This is Gutta raj kumar from gudivada, krishna district, andhra pradesh. I have been using INDANE GAS CONNECTION. we were told that we can book for a refill cylinder only after 21 days of delivery of the cylinder.when we book, we will never know when it is going to be delivered..The dealer name is Sai Suvarna agencies, gudivada. this kind of arrangement is particularly inconvenient for people who are employed. why people have to wait for 10 to 15 days after booking for a refill cylinder. the details of the company are not even put for display. we cannot even make a complaint or get a clarification from the Indane gas company, in issues of difficulties. I am able to get 8 cylinders per year. which are insufficient for us.
