Harassment by M/s Ashadeep gas services, tollygunge, kolkata

I am shyam, living in tollygunge, kolkata. i had applied for a cylinder (second one) in M/s Ashadeep gas services, tollygunge some four months back.they told me that they would despatch a letter in a few days time and subsequently on payment i would get the cylinder.now they are saying that they are despatching letters to consumers who had applied in june.they have been saying this for the last two months.when i had applied for my first cylinder M/s Ashadeep gas services had compelled me to buy a gas stove along with the cylinder.they said that they wont deliver the cylinder without my purchasing the stove.though i had a stove already i was forced to buy one more so that i can get the cylinder which is an indispensable commmodity.this is the way M/s Ashadeep gas services is taking undue advantage of new consumers and harassing its existing consumers
