Leakage

My first cylinder gas finished and reconnected to second cylinder, once the knob opened gas leakage happenned. Then we tried to contact IOC customer service cell no.: 24339236&24339246 from 21.30hrs to 22hrs on 05.04.09. No one lift the phone. we also tried emergency service phone no.: 26258245 where there is instructions that this phone will work before 8hrs & after 18hrs, when we tried this phone the result is nil i.e no one lifted this phone.

It is surprising that the IOC is working in metropolitan city is not upto the mark, pol.think the service in other cities. i request you help the customer with responsibility or don't farward incorrect information to customer in writing mentioning that emergenct service phone numbers.

i gave my comlaint on ioc help line 18002333555, if the working style of IOC is good i have to get response by morning.
