Improper delivery/practical difficulties in contacting the dealers

My gas regn no. 5867-name of agency -andal alagar gas agency tirunagar-

their service is poor - they do not generally respond - on 24 03-09 we made a call we were asked to

book on 28 03 09 (!) on 28 03 09 we booked waiting list no 6209 and were informed delivery will be in a weeks time () till date no delivery ()previously with other dealers we do not have experienced this kind problem() previous supplier karthikeya agencies had satellite office and we had little problem in booking and making () u have changed them and presented us with a poor service as gas supplier further more they are at tirunagar() it seems while allotting area it seems u have taken areal distance and not actual distance() For past few days we waiting for them setting all our other programmes even day before y/day they have delivered to our neighbour and promised to come next day() How may next days we do not know () incidentally this is not the first time for me to make complaint against them in this forum please look into it and redress
