Customer Harrasment

To whomsoever it may be concerned,

Shiridi Sai Indane Gas Agency located at Domlur, Bangalore is harassing customers who ever come for new registrations. I have found this to happen only during Saturdays. Even when the original ratio card, completely filled application form was given. This day 11th April even when all the documents were given 2 weeks back, today they had asked me to submit the xerox copy of the same. I have the proof in the form of In-land letter card asking me to appear for finilization of registration. Now from where will I get the Xerox copy of the application form which is already submitted.? I am also going to file a complaint in consume court for treating customer like beggars.
