Not responding to gas leak emergency

Our supplier P S GAS AGENCY, HATIGAON, GUWAHATI has supplied emergency cell no in their receipt as 98642 75494, 98546 93360 . I had a incidence of leakage of cylinder and on emergency I contacted these numbers which responded saying they are not related to such agency or emergency services. These numbers are actually printed in the recipt book of the distributor. there are are two other numbers 94356 52912, 94356 2910 which are also provided in their address column - these number remains switch off.
