NON DELIVER OF SECOND SYLENDER 26452 (consumer number)

Dear Sir / Madam

I Mr. U.Srikanth gave request for second sylender on 21/03 and they gave me waiting list of 875/25 and consumer no K-26452 in the name of my father (Mr. U SHYAM SUNDER RAO) at Kalpana Gas Agency, KPHB colony Kukatpally, Hyderabad-72.

i visited so many times to agent but till date i did't received sylender and they are saying that sylender not sanctioned from head office.

now i request you to sanction extra sylender and look in to the matter.
