Poor customer service by agent

Our GAs Agent M/s. Tanushree Gas Service is not delivering the gas on time and he is making some mischievous things while booking the gas.

I had booked gas 20 days back and whenever I called him he is telling us that the same will be delivered to us within 2-3 days time but in vain. When I today called him on phone and threatened him to take up this matter with higher authorities, he told me that the gas has been booked today and will be delivered to us in a day or two.

I afraid, he might have delivered the gas cylinder which was booked by me 20 days back to some of the cash party and after my persistent calls booked my gas today freshly.

Kindly look into the matter and get the corrupted punished.
