Delay in Indane Gas Connection

Hi,

I applied for Gas connectin On 22.11.2008 for Indane gas at Kalpana Gas agency located at Kukatpally.

Application Number is 576.

Till now i didn't get any communication, when i enquired for the same their response is very poor.

their behaviour with customer is also very rude.
