Non delivery of first cylinder after change of address

I am a consumer of Indane Gas from Shoba Gas Agency, Nungambakkam for 23 years, and have now shifted to Adambakkam to Sabha Gas Agency and registered the change of address with them on the 22nd May. On the same day I registered for a refill. Till date I have not received my cylinder and they keep on telling me that they came to my house (which is not true, because I have been at home all the time) and that I said that I do not have an empty cylinder. I phoned them yesterday and today and they keep saying the same thing. Kindly do the needful. My new consumer Number is 20690
