Sub: Irresponsible attitude of Indane gas distributer Surya gas agencies, Vaduthala, Kochi.

The service of the distributer sited in reference is abolutelutely irresponsible since the beginning.

Once when the deelership was temporarily transferred to M/S super gas agencies Pottakuzhi.

We could get promr service in booking and delivery of gas cylinders.

Again when it was shifted to the same Surya gas agencies situations upturned.

I am facing extreme hardship even for booking gas cylinder. The deeler is not at all answering to calls over phone

or connecting calls to computerised system for register booking. After several ringings the calls are being

disconnected with out any response from the other end. As such theyare deliberately forcing customers to go over

to their doorstep for booking gas. This kindof extreme torture from the party is unbearable to customers and they

enjoy it as many are not responding against it.

I therefor request your goodness to kindly advice the deeler to make proper arrangement for booking gas over tele-call

and effect delivery of the same in usual time gap.
