Indane Gas
Malpractices, poor service quality

Indane gas distributor at Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Madhavi Gas is a cheat. They never supply cylinders on their own, never take bookings on telephone (their number is not accessible). When picked up clinder from their premise they are supposed to take Rs 8 less but they always take the full charge. Moreover they are extremely rude and apathetic.

I was given a letter saying I was eligible for a second cylinder connection and when I approached the said dealer with valid documents they told me to come later in the afternoon. When I went in the afternoon they locked their main gate and refused me an others an entry into their premise.

I called up the sales officer of Indane gas Mr. Nagaraj but he refused to hear my complaint and was curt on phone.

Speaks volume about a companies service.

Shareholders of IOC beware... this company sucks in terms of service and if there is a first opportunity to walk out of this monopoliics regime, we'll do so with impunity.
