Delay for refilling for gas cylinder in Indane gas B1-janakpuri ND-58

The distributor of Indane gas at B1- community centre- Janakpuri, New Delhi is rarely provide telephonic booking service to its consumer. You will find most of the time the telephones are either engaged or not attended. Is it necessary to go again again to the agency to show our face to them. Also, I have already book my gas conection no. 35518 on 27/06/09 but they that gas will be provided in 4 to 8 days, I have only one cylinder so I face so many problems when my gas cylinder finished, but we call them then they increase the limit time and told for the buying new cylinder. I want to say that if they can give me new cylinder with in a day, why not they refill my cylinder with in 2 or 3 days. I am unhappy for this connection. I request to all not to buy Indane gas service atleast from B1-janakpuri ND-58.
