Transfer of new connection

I have taken new indane gas connection 2 months back on 24-04 at donimalai, bellary dist, karnataka state and want to transfer it to hyderabad, andhra pradesh state as i got transfered. Can i tranfer the gas connection now as it has been only 2 months since i took the connection.
