Non attending of gas leakage complaint

Gas leakage from gas cylinder was complained and that was attended by the authorised agent of the dealer Gas & Novelties of Srirampore, West Bnegal (Telephone No. 0332662 3369).it was suggsted that the gas cylinder had to be repalced but till today the said cylinder was not replaced adn we are in danger as it may cause accidetn at any moment. each and every time of call to the said dealer it was informed that there is supply of cylinder and so it coulsd not be repalced. i find that the delivery man in the licality is comming every day bu the siad cylinder was not replaced due arbitrary action of the dealer appointed by the Indain Oil.
