Payment made for offers by make my trip and no response received

I regularly book tickets through Make my trip and hence, I received a call from makemytrip call centre saying that they have a great deal for me. I have to pay 7719 rupees (which i did through my cell by my credit card) and i would get membership to Makemytrip and would get a holiday package with it. I made a prompt payment and I was promised that the details would be mailed to me.

I also spoke to the manager, Mr Vikas – Manager Gurgaon., he convinced me to buy this offer, and also gave me their contact number, he told me he will follow up with me but he never turned, and whenever I used it call he used always says he will follow-up and as usual he never turned back. Finally I called from the toll free also but as usual no response.

Each time I get through the toll free I hear... is the computerized tape. I am actually fooled by these guys, I just don’t want any thing, but just my money back, I am very disappointed with make my trip, now it’s more than a month but no response at all. Please suggest how I should deal with this.
