I have booked for a refil of Gas cylinder with M/s Tirumala Agencies, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh around ten days back. after a regular follwoup I was shown a receipt drawn on my consumer number on 13.07.2009 and was assured immediate delivery. When I enquired on 16.07.2009 the response was very rude. They were unable to track the delivery of gas cylinder booked on my consumer number. When I protested they advised me to complain where ever I wish to do.
Request you to do the needful and see that the Cylinder is delivered at the earliest.
