Late delivery of gas booking

I would like to bring to your kind notice that ATHER KHAN, Life Member, Indian Red Cross Society, A.P.State Branch, R/o. Door No.2-4-46/P/A/310, Happy Home Palace (A), Near Upper Pally X.Road, Hyderguda Post, Rajender Nagar (Mandal), Ranga Reddy Dist., Hyderabad-500 047 That I have an Indane Connection of Single gas cylinder with consumer No.06118. with Agni Dhwaj Gas Agencies (Indane Gas Distributors), Door No.2-5-55/1/B, Chintal met, Hyderguda Post, Ranga Reddy Dist. Hyderabad-500 047. Dealer Phone Nos.040-24012698 & 24013742.

I booked the gas on 07/07 but to till the date i.e.20/7 I have not received.

Because of a single cylinder I am facing difficulties such as every month. as to bring the breakfast from Hotel to all my family members due to late that each and every day my work. I am suffering for the last one year for the same problems.

I therefore request you sir to kindly look into the matter and do needful to me and oblige.
