Charges excess amount - reg

consumer No.3954 Dealer: Shivshankar Agencies, 14 Kundrathur Road, Porur, Chennai-600116

I was told to give Rs.335/- at the time of delivery. But the bill amount is Rs.315.98. When we asked about this excess amount. They said it was transport cost from porur to Poonamalle.

I request concern authority look in-to this matter. Otherwise open a new agencies at poonamallee
