NEW CONNECTION

I have applied for a new connection at Mata Shretla agency, old delhi gurgaon road gurgaon. Agency person called me and told that my connection is available. They ask me to come on 5th aug. But when i visit them on 5th aug they refused to provide me come an any information. After that they said only agency owner will tell the information. i wait there for two hours but agency owner (Named Rajesh) has not come. i have taken the leave from office for this purpose.
