This is to inform you myself Goutam Saha a consumer of your indane gas under the Dealer Name: ROY & DUTTA ENTERPRISE of SODEPUR and My consumer No is CDT 426 avail your online gas booking fecility this month through the phone No 03323480697 and booked the gas on 12th of july tentatively. They provide me a BOOKING NO:1439 but after elapse of 20 days when i enqured about the matter one Lady customer support executive rudely behaved with me and told me contact with the Dealer. My question is that why for this type of fecility you provide when they are not functioning well instead illbehaved with the customer and harrased the customer?

pls look into the matter and provide good service to the customer
