Delivery Problem

Hi,

We have a connection from Saila Gas Agency (Suraram Colony, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Ph:040-64556197). Every time they ask us to book a cylinder only after 25 days of cynlinder delivery and they deliver it only after 15 days from the date of booking. It really creates a problem for family of 5 members were in we dont have any alternative to cook as well. When we have been there with a empty Cylinder to get a filled Cylinder they refused to give one and spoke in a rude manner even in phone as well at times we called for not receiveing the Cylinder on time.

Pls do something about it.

Hope an action would be taken against the same.
