Complaint against Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency Mylapore Chennai

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have an Indane Gas Connection (Consumer No:47203). I had applied and got my first cylinder from Triloks Agency, Adyar, Chennai whose service was good. Then I was intimated that my connection has been shifted to Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency Mylapore Chennai. This mentioned gas agency is offering very poor service to me and the Customer Service is speaking very rudely and the vocabulary they are using is very bad and not professional when I enquire about when the cylinder will be supplied. I am hearing similar complaints from other customers of this Agency.

I am feeling unhappy about this unfortunate incident.

Kindly request you to take necessary action and address this issue as early as possible.
