NON DELIVERY OF GAS AGAINST BOOKING

Dear Sir,

It is a regular habbit of Indane Gas dealer of Berhampur, Orissa (Berhampur Indane Service, Dealer code 124374) not to deliver gas on time inspite of bookings. The booking itself is also very difficult. Nobody picks up the phone for booking also. You can try out, the dealer number is 0680-2291450. My consumer number is 20818 and I have placed an order for gas around 25 days back, booking no. 526, but still the gas has not been delivered. Tries over phone to get the status is fruitless as nobody will picks up the phone.

It is a regular habbit of the dealer in Berhampur city. There is large scale irregularity in distribution because of mass scale black marketering in the city. Consumers like me are facing lot of problems because of black marketing. If you want to purchase black it is available easily but it's bacoming increasingly difficult to buy from dealer through legitimate means.
