Non functioning of your website for tracking status of parcel delivery

I booked a parcel for USA from Mumbai post office located at Powai IIT by EMS. My tracking number is EMO88992820IN and date of booking is 12/12/09. Every time I try to track the status, a message comes: details not available.
When I booked the parcel, I was told that it takes 5 working days to deliver. So at least I should know where the parcel is and reason for delay. All international couriers can be easily tracked on their respective websites so why not India EMS service? Please reply.
