Not picking the phone and delay in gas delivery

I want to say that i m costumor of indane gas and i have lot of problem with the supplyer, like delay in gas cylinder . they send my gas cylinder after 10 to 15 days of booking. when we try to call them they wiil not pick the phone.
kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
the gas agency is in karnal (haryana) outside kalandri gate.
i shall be very thank full to you.
