Booked 10 days back. Old parents stay alone and these fellows expect them to carry the empty cylinder and get it replaced and will not be delivered home. (reason! not profitable) Irony is other agencies cater there. Sheela agency themselves deliver to many houses in the same area.

.My Old parents follow up just to be treated cheap. They disconnect the call. They do not pick calls, They do not even listen to problems. VERY, VERY RUDE.

I hope some one takes some action some time. It is high time people reacted now together.
