Non-delivery of cylinder even after 14days of booking

My consumer No. is T 18042 with Cooking Gas and Appliances, Block BD, Sector I, Salt Lake, Kolkata. I booked a refill cylinder of indane gas on 29/08/09 with your call centre (Tel No. 23480697) vide Booking no. 1825 dated 29/08/09. When the cylinder was not received till this afternoon the concerned dealer was contacted and he said that they have not received any such booking order. Matter be kindly looked into and an immediate action be taken so that I may receive the cylinder by today and am saved of great inconveience.

Shall be thankful if action taken is communicated to me.
