Cylinder Not delivered - Sheela GAS Agency Bangalore

When I took the GAS Cylinder connection from Sheela GAS Agency, J.P. Nagar, Bangalore I was informed within 2 days cylinder will be delivered but every time I book they never respond properly over the phone. On the Top of it they don't deliever on time.

Also they expect a bribe money for delivering... Please look into this
